Listed Well Head
The restoration of the well-head has been made possible with the advise and support from Derbyshire County Council Enviromental services, Amber Valley borough council Policy & conservation and a kind donation from the Historic Buildings Grant Scheme
As part of the restoration schedule there is a Grade II listed Well Head which we are now in the process of restoring in order to re-open.
The well is constructed from a plain brick base with a thick timber rail and light timber superstructure of three banded posts supporting a conical slate roof with a tall leaded finial
