Hi, We have thorougly enjoyed your website, which is of particular interest to our family, as my uncle Clive Gerrad was born at Smalley Lodge in 1935.
He is very pleased that the house has been restored to its former glory.
Smalley Lodge has been in the family since 1900 by Frederick Gerrard, who was a gardener at Shipley Hall, until approximately 1937.

Really enjoyed looking at the web site. Cannot wait until you get more pictures on the site, people who have not been privileged enough to follow the work will find the progress fascinating I am sure, especially pictures of the inside .Smalley Lodge is looking really good. Could you link this to the history of Smalley page that also has reference to Smalley Lodge.
keep up the good work.
Lorraine
